A price for “new teeth” is only useful when you know exactly what it buys. If you are comparing All-on-4 costs in Costa Rica with a quote from the United States, begin with the scope of treatment: which arch, which restoration and which stages are included?
At OG Center, the published All-on-4 package is US$7,500 for one arch—upper or lower. It includes the final full-zirconia bridge, along with the items below. Your individual assessment and written treatment plan confirm suitability and any additional procedures.

What does the OG Center US$7,500 package include?
- Four Neodent by Straumann implants with original Neodent components.
- Temporary teeth as part of the planned treatment stages.
- A final full-zirconia bridge for the treated arch.
- Treatment X-rays and checkups during treatment.
- Sedation with an anesthesiologist, tailored to your medical assessment.
- Five days of accommodation for your treatment visit in Costa Rica.
There is also a US$500 flight credit. Airfare itself is not included. Ask the team how the credit applies before purchasing a ticket. The current All-on-4 offer is the place to confirm the package before requesting your personalized quote.
“Per arch” and “full mouth” are different quotes
An arch is the complete upper or lower row of teeth. A per-arch offer does not cover both jaws. If you need upper and lower treatment, ask for a written total for both, with a separate explanation of any additional work. Avoid comparing a single-arch price with a full-mouth estimate.
Also check whether “All-on-4” is being used precisely. A plan using six implants, a different implant system or a different restoration belongs in its own quotation. Our guide to All-on-4 versus All-on-6 explains the questions to ask about that choice.
Make sure the final teeth are included
Ask every clinic to name the restoration supplied at each stage. A price that covers temporary teeth is not directly comparable with one that also includes the final bridge. Request the material of the final restoration in writing, rather than relying on a photograph or the phrase “premium teeth.”
Our package names the final full-zirconia bridge explicitly. If the terminology is unfamiliar, read zirconia bridges versus zirconia implants before reviewing your estimate.
Build a complete travel budget
Treatment cost and total trip cost are related, but they are not identical. Make a second list for the practical expenses and ask the coordinator to mark each item as included, separate or still to be confirmed:
- Flights and the conditions for applying the flight credit.
- Which visit the five accommodation days cover, and the cost of extra nights.
- Companion accommodation, meals and local transportation.
- Any future trip required by the treatment plan.
- Time away from work and arrangements at home.
Five accommodation days describe a package benefit; they are not a promise that every stage of implant treatment is completed in five days. Review the All-on-4 travel timeline with your team before booking.
Bring these five questions to your quote review
- Is this estimate for my upper arch, lower arch or both?
- Does it include implant surgery, temporary teeth and the final restoration?
- What additional procedures might my examination identify, and how would they be priced?
- Which visits and accommodation dates are covered?
- What follow-up, repairs or adjustments are included, and what would be billed separately?
Request an itemized estimate using the same categories as your existing U.S. quote. A useful comparison explains differences in materials, clinical scope and follow-up; it does not depend on an unsupported percentage-savings claim.

Package information reflects OG Center’s published offer at the time of writing. Clinical assessment is required. Additional procedures, if needed, are quoted separately; your written plan confirms the agreed inclusions and costs.
